The hotel "Kvvarlis Tba" is looking for a communicative and service-oriented receptionist who loves to interact with guests.

Main responsibilities:

• Reception and accommodation of guests according to the standards available in the hotel;
• Ensuring timely and effective service for guests;
• Providing guests with the desired information about rooms, prices and other activities available in the hotel;
• Receiving incoming phone calls, responding to messages from social networks - providing relevant information;
• Registration of guests in the system and performance of relevant financial operations;
• Establishing effective and positive communication with guests;
• Control of room status and proper condition.

Qualification requirements:

• Experience working in a similar position;
• Experience working with the Fidelio program;
• Knowledge of foreign languages.
