The company "LPP Georgia" is announcing a vacancy for the position of SINSAY Store Shift Leader in Tbilisi.

Main responsibilities of the position:

Support the Store Manager in implementing sales plans and managing operational processes Ensure the smooth operation of the store during the shift Monitor product display, pricing, and availability Maintain visual merchandising and service standards Coordinate employees and effectively distribute tasks during the shift Respond promptly to customer inquiries and complaints Support the professional development and motivation of employees Ensure store cleanliness, order, and safety Control cash operations and ensure documentation accuracy Participate in inventory, promotions, and other operational processes Oversee the implementation of company rules and procedures

Qualification requirements and skills:

Higher or professional education At least 1 year of experience in retail Knowledge of sales, merchandising, and customer service standards Ability to manage a team, make decisions, and communicate effectively Knowledge of MS Office, POS systems, and other operational programs

Additional information:

Salary: 1600 - 1800 GEL (depending on experience) Workplace: Tbilisi, Karvasla (address: 7, Tsotne Dadiani St.) Work schedule: Full-time
