The selected bidder may be required to provide the following additional documents at the request of the tender commission: - Bank requisites certified by the bank's wet seal; - A certificate from the National Agency of Public Registry that there is no public law restriction registered on the property of the legal person. - A certificate from the court that there is no insolvency case pending against it. - The tax code and payer status - "VAT" payer or "benefit recipient"; - A certificate from the National Agency of Public Registry that there is no reorganization or liquidation of the legal person (the information preparation date should not be more than 7 working days); - A certificate from the tax service on the absence of debt.
At the buyer's discretion, bidders may also be required to provide other additional documents.
The submitted documentation must be signed by a person authorized by the bidder.
Tender proposals should be submitted electronically through www.etenders.ge.
