Service Research Operator

Company "Zumeri" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Service Research Operator

Work location: Tbilisi, Tsereteli #1 Work schedule: Part-time (30 hours a week, schedule can be negotiated)

Main responsibilities:

• Conducting surveys on Zumeri customer satisfaction through outgoing calls;
• Conducting surveys on service center customer satisfaction through outgoing calls;
• Participation in various types of research as needed by the company;
• Recording customer feedback in the relevant program;
• Fixing tasks with the relevant department if necessary;
• Performing tasks assigned by the direct supervisor;

Basic requirements and skills:

• Conversational proficiency in foreign languages for communication with customers;
• At least one year of work experience in a similar position is desirable;
• Experience working with CRM platforms is desirable;
• Working knowledge of office programs;
• Organizational skills and a sense of responsibility.
