We are looking for a qualified and detail-oriented Cost Estimator with experience in preparing cost estimates for construction and renovation projects. The candidate must be able to analyze project documentation, accurately determine the scope of work and costs, and prepare high-quality cost estimates.

Work schedule: Full-time

Work location: Tbilisi, Georgia

Key responsibilities:

Analysis of project documentation and technical drawings; Determination of the scope of construction work and required materials; Preparation of detailed cost estimates and project budget; Analysis and comparison of prices for materials, works, and services; Evaluation of commercial offers from suppliers and subcontractors; Participation in ensuring the effectiveness of the project budget and cost optimization; Active collaboration with the project management and other relevant teams. Participation in the verification of contracts, technical specifications, and compliance documentation (certificates, submittals).

Requirements:

Higher education in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; Preference will be given to those with experience in Fit-Out; 3 years of experience in the position of a Cost Estimator; Perfect knowledge of English; Professional proficiency in computer programs (MS Excel, MS Word, ArchiCAD, AutoCAD). Openness to new technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI) tools, and the ability to use them effectively in daily work processes.

Working conditions:

Work rate: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 10:00-19:00; Salary: will be discussed individually based on the candidate's qualifications.
