Warehouse Accountant-Operator

Company "Marshé" has been operating on the market since 2012 and has been continuously growing and developing since its establishment. At this stage, we have 4 main production areas: fish, sausage, semi-finished products, and bread-bakery products.

Company "Marshé" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Warehouse Accountant-Operator.

Position location: Batumi (General Aslan Abashidze 18). Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 18:00. Salary: 1200 GEL

Main responsibilities:

Software accounting of goods received in the warehouse according to the category name, barcode, unit, price, amount without VAT, and VAT by supplier and receiving warehouse; Strictly control the compliance of primary documentation with the requirements of Georgian legislation and accounting standards established by the financial department, and in case of discrepancies, contact the Chief Accountant; Strictly control the complete compliance of the commodity invoice and tax invoice data with the information reflected by the recipient's representative and confirm it with a signature; Timely and accurate reflection of the movement of goods from the warehouse to the structural units of the organization.

Required qualifications and requirements:

Higher education; Knowledge of office programs (preferably experience working with the "APEX" program); Knowledge of commodity operations; Organization and discipline; Analytical thinking skills.
