"Episode Food Holding" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Universal Cook for candidates living in Kutaisi.

We are looking for an experienced and professional cook who can work qualitatively in different directions of the kitchen and is comfortable with the rotational work format of Kutaisi-Batumi.

For us, it is especially important that the candidate can work independently and qualitatively on both cold and hot dishes, as well as dough and bakery.

Work format

• 2 weeks - "Kutaisi House", Kutaisi
• 2 weeks - "Batumi House", Batumi

During the work period in Batumi, the company provides the employee with: * Accommodation * Twice a day meal

Work schedule

• 5 working days a week
• 2 days off a week
• Working hours: 12:00 - 00:00

Remuneration: fixed salary - 2,500 GEL

Main function - responsibilities

• Professional preparation of cold dishes;
• Preparation of hot dishes and independent work on the relevant section;
• Quality work with dough and bakery;
• Work on different sections of the kitchen as needed;
• Preparation of dishes according to approved recipes and technological cards;
• Protection of dish taste, visual, quality and portioning standards;
• Correct processing and preparation of products;
• Preparation of the workspace and necessary ingredients in advance;
• Timely and qualitative execution of orders;
• Fast, organized and quality-oriented work during periods of high workload;
• Correct storage of raw materials and control of deadlines;
• Minimization of product losses and non-target expenses;
• Strict adherence to sanitary and hygienic norms;
• Ensuring cleanliness of the workspace, inventory and equipment;
• Coordinated work with the kitchen team;
• Protection of the company's unified quality standards in "Kutaisi House" and "Batumi House".

Qualification requirements

The candidate must have:

• Practical experience of working as a cook;
• Experience in preparing cold dishes;
• Experience in preparing hot dishes;
• Good practical skills in working with dough;
• Ability to work independently on different sections;
• High demands on dish quality and visual;
• Ability to work quickly and organized under high workload conditions;
• High level of responsibility and discipline;
• Teamwork skills.

Important: The vacancy is intended for candidates living in Kutaisi, and the candidate must be acceptable to work 2 weeks in Kutaisi and 2 weeks in Batumi every month.
