In the Georgian representation - "F.S. Mackenzie Georgia", we are looking for an experienced Logistics Specialist.

Main responsibilities:

** Processing received transport requests and making offers;

** Entering orders into the program and accounting for them;

** Interaction with the company's internal and partner network and coordination of shipments;

** Communication with clients and updating current statuses;

** Controlling the compliance of transport, customs, and commercial documentation;

** Monitoring amounts receivable from clients and payable to agents;

** Providing high-quality service and maintaining long-term relationships with clients.

Qualification requirements:

** Higher education;

** At least 3 years of experience in the logistics and transportation field;

** Experience in sea transportation. Additionally, experience in air, land, or rail transportation will be considered an advantage;

** Knowledge of English and Russian languages at a working level;

** Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs is necessary. Experience in working with ERP systems is desirable.
