Main functions and responsibilities:

• Preparation and analysis of monthly and annual financial statements (profit and loss, balance sheet, cash flow statement, capital movement statement, and explanatory notes);
• Analysis of the company's financial condition and long-term forecasting of financial indicators;
• Preparation of various analytical, financial, and statistical reports;
• Budgeting, comparison of actual results, and analysis of deviations;
• Monitoring of working capital and effective management of new and existing liabilities;
• Continuous control and correct accounting of financial operations;
• Monitoring the accuracy of fixed salaries and bonus calculations;
• Control of accounts receivable and cash outflow;
• Ensuring that all departments of the company comply with financial procedures and rules;
• Performance of other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor within the competence.

Qualification requirements:

• Higher education in business administration and/or economics;
• At least 3 years of experience working in finance or analytics;
• Knowledge of Russian and English languages at B2 level;
• Familiarity with computer office programs (MS Word, Excel) and ERP systems;
• Possession of ACCA, CIPA/CAP, or similar professional certificates will be considered an advantage.

• Ability to plan, organize, and meet deadlines;
• High sense of responsibility and ability to protect confidential information;
• Teamwork and communication skills for effective interaction with all departments of the company;
• Motivation to learn and develop quickly.
