LLC "United Airports of Georgia" announces a competition for the position of Infrastructure Development Department Head.

Work location: Tbilisi. Remuneration: 9065 GEL (Gross). Type of employment: Full-time.

The company's legal form is a Limited Liability Company. The company was established in accordance with the Georgian Law on Entrepreneurs. LLC "United Airports of Georgia" is a 100% state-owned company that operates within the system of the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia. The company's main function is to manage, supervise, develop and ensure the relevant infrastructure and aviation security of the existing civil airports in Georgia. At this stage, the company operates three airports in Georgia. These are: David the Builder Kutaisi International Airport; Tamara King Mestia Airport and Ambrolauri Airport.

Job responsibilities:

** Participation in planning and implementation of infrastructure development, construction, reconstruction, and modernization projects, managing the full cycle from project initiation to final acceptance and handover; ** Monitoring the condition and functioning of existing infrastructure objects, preparing relevant information and analysis, and implementing necessary measures to ensure proper and efficient functioning of the objects; ** Monitoring and supervising the implementation of infrastructure projects, including control over deadlines, quality, and compliance with technical requirements; ** Preparing technical assignments for design, consulting, expert, construction, installation, and other services needed for infrastructure development, to initiate procurement procedures; ** Participating in preparing estimated costs for infrastructure works, processing cost estimates submitted by contractors, making necessary changes, and more; ** Participating in obtaining necessary permits, consents, and other technical regulatory documents related to infrastructure projects, ensuring preparation and acquisition of relevant documents; ** Ensuring communication and coordination with design, construction, expert, supervisory, and other relevant organizations within the scope of infrastructure projects; ** Identifying defects and delays during infrastructure works, preparing relevant information, and implementing measures to eliminate them; ** Checking the quality of completed works and compliance with contract/technical assignment requirements; ** Preparing acceptance and handover documents, putting into operation, and preparing relevant documentation; ** Preparing acts, protocols, reports, letters, report cards, technical conclusions, and other documentation/correspondence related to infrastructure projects; ** Preparing periodic reports on the progress of infrastructure projects and information needed for management, identifying potential risks, and implementing or informing relevant structural units in a timely manner; ** Monitoring current legislation, technical regulations, and standards related to infrastructure development processes and considering relevant information in work processes; ** Coordinated work with relevant structural units of the company during infrastructure projects; ** Participating in developing, implementing, and enforcing internal regulations, procedures, guidelines, and instructions for infrastructure development; ** Identifying problems, risks, and potential improvements in infrastructure projects, preparing relevant proposals, involving management and other structural units as needed, and initiating necessary measures to eliminate obstacles/disputes; ** Setting and prioritizing tasks for subordinate employees; controlling the achievement of set tasks; ** Distributing tasks/incoming correspondence among department employees according to responsibilities/competence and controlling performance; ** Agreeing on projects, conclusions, results, and correspondence prepared by subordinate services; ** Proposing incentives/disciplinary measures to management for subordinate employees; determining the need for employee training/retraining, and compiling individual training plans as needed; ** Providing professional consultation and recommendations on infrastructure development issues to other structural units of the company, within competence; ** Ensuring orderly production and storage of documentation related to infrastructure development projects; ** Performing other tasks assigned by management within competence.

Qualification Requirements:

** Higher education in Construction, Architecture, Infrastructure or a similar field.

** At least 5 years of experience in planning, designing, construction or supervision of building or infrastructure projects.

** Experience of cooperation with project, permit, construction, expert or supervisory organizations;

** Knowledge of existing norms, standards and legislation in the construction field.

** Languages: English - B2.

** Computer programs: Knowledge of technical/design programs.
