Program/Project: Early Childhood Development Support Project

Type of employment: Contract

Work schedule: 40 hours per week

Duration: Long-term, with a three-month probationary period;

Job purpose:

Through providing early intervention services, to stimulate the development of children with disabilities, developmental disorders, or at risk of such, to promote their inclusion in pre-school or general education programs and social integration, to empower the child and family, and to prevent disabilities and motivations.

Job responsibilities:

  • Assessment of beneficiaries involved in the Early Childhood Development Project; identification of their strengths and weaknesses; management of the beneficiary's history (filling out and submitting documentation required by the state program within the specified deadlines);
  • Preparation and review of the child's cognitive, motor, social, emotional, cognitive, self-care, and communication plan within the standard deadlines;
  • Implementation of individual and group activities with beneficiaries at home and at the center or kindergarten;
  • Individual work with parents; involvement of parents in the process of children's development;
  • Monitoring of beneficiaries' individual development and preparation of reports;
  • Participation in team meetings, planning work, and evaluating/assessing results; attendance at weekly meetings and involvement in the work process; preparation of presentations on professional topics according to the schedule, providing recommendations to other specialists within one's competence regarding beneficiaries.
  • Entering information into the unified health care information system (electronic portal) within the specified deadlines;
  • The interventionist is responsible for protecting confidential information related to personnel and clients;
  • The interventionist is responsible for performing assigned tasks and functions within the specified deadlines;
  • The interventionist is responsible for protecting confidential information related to the center's activities;
  • The interventionist is obliged to ensure timely notification of the program manager regarding changes in the work process.
  • The interventionist is obliged to inform the beneficiary's legal representative about changes in the work process 24 hours in advance, or in extreme cases, 6 hours in advance.

Qualification requirements: Education, experience, skills

It is necessary:

** A diploma of higher education;

** Professional education;

** Group work technologies;

** Psychologist or occupational therapist or speech therapist (logopedist) or physical medicine and rehabilitation specialist or special education teacher;

** Knowledge of computer programs (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook);

Knowledge of English and Russian languages is desirable
