Assistant Store Manager

Starbucks is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Tbilisi, Georgia.

What you'll do:

Support the Store Manager in daily store operations, Coach, motivate, and develop team members to deliver exceptional customer experience, Lead store performance by supporting sales, operational, and customer service targets, Ensure Starbucks brand standards, policies, and procedures are consistently met, Create a positive and engaging team culture that aligns with Starbucks values, Support personnel, scheduling, inventory, and operational planning activities, Assist with hiring and developing store partners, Ensure health, safety, hygiene, and food quality standards are maintained at all times.

What we're looking for:

Experience in a retail or hospitality leadership role, Strong people management, coaching, and team development skills, Passion for customer experience and operational excellence, Ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment, Strong communication and organizational skills, Fluency in Georgian and English, Flexibility to work shifts and a desire to work in Tbilisi, Georgia.
