Sales and Customer Service Specialist

LLC "Smart TV" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Sales and Customer Service Specialist.

Work location: Tbilisi, near Isani metro

Main responsibilities:

Provide consultations to customers, assist in product selection; Receive and process orders, make sales, both from the office and by phone and online; Have knowledge of the products presented in the company; Receive and organize products, perform inventory; Prepare Smart TV Boxes and other products for sale (install applications, update, configure parameters, packaging); Provide customer service and technical support, both in the office and remotely; Communicate with postal couriers; Participate in the inventory process; Perform tasks assigned by the manager.

Main requirements:

Perfect knowledge of the Georgian language (mandatory), knowledge of English and/or Russian (desirable); Good knowledge of computer programs (Windows, Microsoft Office, OneNote, Excel, Outlook, Google Sheets, internet browsers, email, working with messengers: WhatsApp, Viber, Messenger, Telegram); Basic knowledge of the Android operating system (installation of applications, setting parameters); Knowledge of AnyDesk, TeamViewer and other remote control programs; Quick learning ability and willingness to learn new technologies; Experience in sales or customer service (desirable).

Skills:

High responsibility and attention to detail; Polite and correct speech, energetic, positive, organized; Ability to work in a team, perform company standards; Easy learning of new things and performing tasks and instructions given by the manager.
