Job description: - Ensuring the fulfillment of the sales plan for retail non-credit products; - Developing an action plan to achieve the plan; - Ensuring proper control and monitoring to manage sales; - Managing and analyzing sales reports; - Focusing on the development of channels and processes; - Planning and managing various campaigns to increase sales;

Knowledge, qualifications, skills: - Higher education (Economics, Finance, Banking); - At least 3 years of experience working in a bank, focusing on the development of banking services; - Knowledge of banking programs; - In-depth knowledge of banking products; - Good knowledge of office programs (MS Office); - Effective written communication skills in Georgian; knowledge of Russian and English is desirable; - Ability to manage, coordinate, and control other employees; - Development-oriented; - Analytical thinking and attention to detail; - Strong organizational skills; - Ability to solve problems effectively; - High sense of responsibility;
