"Madart Delivery" company invites you to work as a Call Center Operator!

Work location: Tbilisi, A. Beliashvili Street

Remuneration: ₾1400-1900

Work schedule: Full, flexible - 5 days a week, 8 working hours

Main functions and responsibilities:

** Providing telephone service to customers;

** Fully informing customers about product contents, prices, delivery services, and more;

** Receiving orders;

** Recording orders in the program;

** Making outgoing calls

Main requirements:

** At least one year of experience working in a call center;

** Experience working with office programs;

** Foreign languages (English, Russian) - B1 level.

Selection process:

** Stage I - Selection of resumes received by email, applications filled out in branches, and information/resumes sent through call center and social media;

** Stage II - Interview with HR.
