Game Zone, a chain of specialized stores for gaming consoles and video games in Georgia since 2010, and an official Sony PlayStation partner, invites you to the position of Gaming Expert.

Position: Expert Consultant

Remuneration: - Fixed salary, 800 GEL; - Bonus for meeting targets, 400 GEL + additional growing bonus without an upper limit.

Work schedule - Full-time; - 4 working days a week; - 3 days off a week.

Do you have creative ideas? If desired, you can join the digital marketing team and participate in planning and creating video content for your branch.

Key responsibilities: - Determine the customer's needs and offer relevant products; - Provide consultations on games, consoles, gaming computers, and accessories; - Inform customers about product features, warranty conditions, and current promotions; - Retail sales of products; - Work with cash registers and warehouse software; - Participate in receiving new products and placing them correctly in the trading space; - Control the presence and accuracy of price tags on products; - Monitor the condition of products presented in the trading space; - Participate in company promotions and various campaigns; - Provide customer service according to the standards in the company.

Who are we looking for? A candidate who: - Is interested in gaming, technologies, and new products; - Quickly absorbs new information; - Can listen to the customer's needs and offer relevant products; - Clearly and simply conveys information; - Is communicative, polite, and responsible; - Is organized and disciplined; - Can work in agreement with the team; - Is focused on both customer satisfaction and results.

Preferred: - Knowledge of gaming consoles, video games, gaming computers, or accessories; - Experience working in sales or customer service; - Knowledge of English or Russian at a communicative level; - Basic knowledge of Word and Excel; - Higher education.

Sales experience and in-depth knowledge of gaming are desirable but not mandatory. The most important thing is your interest, desire to learn, and ability to interact with customers.

Work locations: - City Mall Saburtalo, Petre Kavtaradze St. #1; - Home Mart Vake, Ilia Chavchavadze St. #37l; - Gallery Tbilisi, Shota Rustaveli Avenue #2/4.
