Job Description - Quality control of performed works on-site; - Monitoring of current and completed works in both cleaning and finishing/interior directions (carpets, vinyl, furniture, etc.); - Maintaining order on-site to prevent damage to already completed works by contractors; - Supporting contractors as needed to ensure the correct execution of the process; - Identifying causes of process delays and communicating with relevant responsible individuals.

Qualifications - Higher education will be considered an advantage; - Work experience in construction, renovation, or facility management will be considered an advantage; - Basic knowledge of office programs (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook); - Experience in monitoring work processes and quality control is desirable. - Willingness to work with AI tools and modern technologies
