Job Description What you will do: - Work with Agile teams to assess operational risks of new products and processes; your responsibility will be to identify, assess / quantify and analyze product and process risks; develop and recommend process risk mitigation methods; - Help Agile teams conduct an annual RCSA risk and control self-assessment process. Provide recommendations for high-risk action plans and periodically monitor their implementation - Ensure analysis and assessment of Outsourcing risks; assessment of operational risks of individual cases and analysis of the causes of operational incidents and development of an action plan. - Help Agile teams conduct Root-Cause analysis of the causes of operational incidents and develop plans for future risk mitigation - Provide recommendations to Agile teams for assessing possible risks in non-standard cases - Participate in the implementation of strategic projects in the field of operational risks
Qualifications It would be good to have: - 2 years of experience working in the banking sector; - Experience working in operational risks, audit, analysis or process management; - Highly developed technical skills. - Willingness to work with AI tools and modern technologies
