Work conditions:

• Work location: Tbilisi, Chavchavadze Avenue #37m;
• Working hours: 2/1 (every third day off);
• Salary: 120 GEL per day (payment issued once a month).

Function-responsibilities:

• Correct selection, processing, and preparation of meat;
• High-quality preparation of grilled products, adhering to hygiene rules;
• Participation in marinating and pre-preparation of meat;
• Proper use and maintenance of used inventory and equipment;
• Proper management of product waste;
• Timely and high-quality execution of orders;
• Adherence to safety rules;
• Adherence to internal rules and labor discipline.

Qualification requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience working as a Grill Master;
• Knowledge of food technologies, modern methods of cooking and serving dishes;
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene norms;
• Knowledge of using kitchen inventory and equipment;
• Attention to detail and organization;
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently;
• High sense of responsibility;
• Punctuality;
• Good teamworking and communication skills.
