"Communal Hospitality" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Head Sous Chef.

Our team is looking for a talented Head Sous Chef who will become not only an organizer of processes but also a source of inspiration - for both the team and our guests.

Main duties and responsibilities:

Participation in menu planning and updating, creating new recipes; Managing, allocating, and motivating the kitchen team; Quality control - maintaining food presentation and taste standards; Ensuring strict adherence to sanitary and hygienic standards; Adhering to HACCP standards, maintaining journals; Monitoring inventory and tool consumption; Ensuring labor safety norms are followed at the workplace; Procuring all necessary ingredients for dish preparation, controlling supplies; Monitoring write-offs and calculations; Managing the inventory process; Ensuring smooth kitchen operations, collaborating with other kitchen staff; Monitoring kitchen equipment and appliances.

Requirements and necessary skills:

Experience working in a similar position; Professional education in the field of nutrition (will be considered an advantage); Ability to work in a high-pressure work environment; Sense of responsibility; Teamwork skills.
