"Japan Food Hub" (Tbilisi) is announcing vacancies for a Cook (kitchen staff) and Waiter (hall staff) positions full-time / part-time.

Tbilisi is home to a new Japanese food complex restaurant "Japan Food Hub" and we are looking for team members to join our staff. This is a new, energetic space where several Japanese food brands come together in one place - ramen, curry, omurice and more. This is an opportunity to provide Georgian customers with Japanese food culture. We welcome both experienced candidates and those who have no experience but are motivated.

Job details:

** Employer: Georgia-Japan Bridge LLC (operator of Japan Food Hub)

** Workplace: Japan Food Hub, 1 Davit Gamrekeli St, Tbilisi 0192, Georgia

** Type of employment: Full-time / part-time (both)

** Salary determined by experience and skills (will be announced at the interview)

** Probation period is provided

** Working hours: 13:00-23:00 (according to shifts)

** Working days: The restaurant operates 7 days a week

** Schedule - according to shifts

Job descriptions:

1. Cook (kitchen staff)

** Preparation and decoration of Japanese dishes (curry, etc.) ** Preparation of products and inventory management ** Kitchen hygiene and cleaning ** Maintaining quality according to the menu

2. Waiter (hall staff)

** Receiving guests and taking orders (entering into POS cash register) ** Serving dishes and drinks, setting tables ** Cleaning the hall and common areas ** Polite and friendly service

Who we are looking for:

** A positive person who can work in a team ** Preferably experience in working in a public catering establishment (considered without experience) ** A responsible person who is ready for long-term cooperation ** Who is interested in Japanese cuisine and culture ** Who speaks Georgian and English (knowledge of Japanese is an advantage)
