Store Manager

"Free Style Group" is announcing a vacancy for a Store Manager for a new international clothing brand that is entering the Georgian market.

We are looking for a result-oriented professional with leadership skills and experience who will ensure the effective operation of the store, sales growth, and successful management of the team.

Location: Tbilisi and Batumi

Key Responsibilities:

** Effectively manage the daily operations of the store and ensure the achievement of sales targets;

** Lead, motivate, develop the team and establish high working standards;

** Plan, evaluate and provide feedback on employees' work schedules;

** Effectively manage products, inventory and assortment, coordinate the processes of receiving, processing, displaying and inventory of new collections;

** Ensure a high standard of customer service and set an example for the team;

** Monitor sales results and operational indicators, prepare reports and work on improving processes;

** Participate in managing commercial processes and control the correct implementation of marketing activities;

** Control cash operations, cash and non-cash settlements, exchange/return and other operational procedures;

** Maintain store visual standards, cleanliness, safety, hygiene and loss prevention standards;

** Effective collaboration with different departments to improve store processes.

Qualification Requirements:

** At least 1 year of experience in a managerial position;

** Experience working in the retail sector (experience working with an international brand will be considered an advantage);

** Knowledge of English;

** Strong leadership and communication skills;

** Experience in sales management and result-oriented work;

** High sense of responsibility, organization and teamwork skills.

Working Conditions:

** Work schedule: 5 working days a week, according to shifts;
