HR Manager

Our team is looking for an experienced, organized, and people-oriented HR Manager who will be responsible for effectively managing the company's human resources direction and forming a strong team.

The activity includes 2 business areas: Hospitality (boutique-type hotels) and Energy.

Main responsibilities:

** Full management of the personnel selection and recruitment process;

** Posting vacancies, searching for candidates, and organizing interviews;

** Managing the adaptation and onboarding process for new employees;

** Maintaining employee documentation, timesheets, and personal files;

** Handling administrative tasks;

** Participating in employee evaluation and development processes;

** Monitoring labor discipline and company internal policies;

** Ensuring employee motivation and development of corporate culture;

** Close collaboration with management to effectively resolve personnel-related issues.

Qualification requirements:

** Experience working in the HR field;

** Knowledge of labor legislation;

** Ability to communicate and negotiate;

** Organizational skills and sense of responsibility;

** Confidentiality and high standards of professional ethics;

** Knowledge of English is desirable;

** Experience working in the hotel/hospitality sector will be considered an advantage.
