Job Description

The dynamic team of "Alliance Group" is looking for a motivated, confident, and energetic Contact Center Operator. You will be the company's first-line representative, responsible for effectively managing incoming information flows, high-standard communication with clients, and accurate recording of data in the CRM system.

If you are communicative, focused on quality service, and want to develop in customer relationship management, this position is the best starting point for you.

Key Responsibilities:

In-depth knowledge of the company's products, current projects, and services; Operational response to incoming calls and providing complete information to potential and existing clients (by phone, email, and social networks); Timely registration of received requests and new client data in the CRM system; Monitoring of client issues resolution and further communication with them if necessary (Follow-up); Regular reporting to the direct supervisor about the work performed.

Requirements and Skills:

Ability to establish effective communication and interpersonal relationships; Attention to detail and ability to work in a highly dynamic environment; Organizational skills and ability to structure and convey information; Respect for team work principles; Perfect knowledge of the Georgian language; Mandatory: fluent knowledge of English and Russian languages; Experience in customer relationship management, service sector, or as a call center operator; Experience working with CRM systems.
