Financial Director

An international company operating in the medical field is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the company's financial direction and play a key role in its further development and growth.

Work location: Uzbekistan (Tashkent)

Work schedule: Full-time

Remuneration: High salary in US dollars (dependent on the candidate's qualifications)

Key responsibilities

** Leading the company's financial, accounting, budgeting, and reporting directions;

** Preparing and controlling financial plans, budgets, forecasts, and reports for management;

** Ensuring timely and high-quality preparation of financial statements;

** Managing financial accounting, as well as month-end and year-end closing processes;

** Preparing financial models and conducting financial analysis to support management decisions;

** Managing cash flows, working capital, financing, and the company's financial results;

** Supporting investment analysis, business planning, and other corporate finance areas;

** Ensuring effective internal control systems and controlling the accuracy of financial information;

** Interacting with auditors, banks, shareholders, and other external partners;

** Preparing financial recommendations for top management and participating in the company's strategic development.

Education and professional experience

** Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field;

** Experience working in a high-level financial position; preferably as a CFO, Financial Director, or Head of Finance;

** Knowledge of IFRS;

** High-level knowledge of corporate finance;

** High-level knowledge of financial accounting and financial reporting;

** Good knowledge of internal control and financial management processes;

** Very good knowledge of Russian.

Experience working in the medical, healthcare, laboratory, pharmaceutical, or related fields will be considered an advantage.

Professional and managerial skills

** Strong financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling skills;

** Ability to analyze the company's financial performance and effectively manage key financial indicators;

** Ability to assess and manage business and financial risks;

** Ability to effectively manage cash flows and working capital;

** High-level analytical and strategic thinking;

** Ability to make data-driven decisions and provide clear financial recommendations to management;

** Strong leadership and team management skills;

** Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities simultaneously and meet deadlines;

** Strong organizational and communication skills;

** Ability to communicate effectively and negotiate with auditors, banks, shareholders, and other partners;

** High sense of responsibility, accuracy, and attention to detail;

** Ability to cooperate effectively with top management and take full responsibility for the company's financial direction.
