"WST Georgia" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Tour Sales Agent.

Work location: Tbilisi

Job responsibilities:

Preparing the office for operational readiness at the beginning of the working day. Actively offering and selling tourist services (tours, excursions) and souvenirs. Printing and handing over a cash receipt to the customer for each sale. Registering and confirming reservations/orders received via WhatsApp and email. Arranging souvenir stands according to company standards. Quantitative accounting of souvenirs, identifying deficits, and fixing orders with the purchasing manager/ responsible person. Greeting groups and individual tourists, providing instructions, and escorting them on tours. Comparing cash registers at the end of the day, removing the Z-report (cash register closing report), and providing financial reporting. Maintaining order and cleanliness at the workplace throughout the day.

Requirements:

English and Russian language skills at a communicative level. Sales experience is desirable but not necessary.
