Position Objective: To attract special offers through collaboration with partner merchants in the region, plan and implement campaigns to increase sales of installments and credit limits.

Job Description: - Identify and actively communicate with existing partner merchants in the region; - Attract special conditions/offers from merchants; - Negotiate with merchants and agree on offers; - Maintain long-term and effective cooperation; - Develop a regional campaign strategy; - Determine the campaign structure (timelines, conditions, channels, target segment); - Coordinate campaigns with the sales team and other internal departments; - Launch campaigns in offline and online channels; - Monitor campaign effectiveness; - Analyze sales data; - Assess KPI performance; - Develop recommendations for improving results; - Determine the need for advertising materials; - Coordinate with the marketing team; - Plan local activities at merchant locations; - Increase market share in the region.

Knowledge, Qualifications, and Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Management; - Experience working in a similar position; - Proficiency in office software at a user level, with advanced Excel skills; - Ability to work independently and as part of a team; - Good written and verbal communication skills; - Analytical thinking; - Organizational skills; - Attention to detail; - Effective time management;
