Job responsibilities:

Main responsibilities:

Creating a brand development strategy; Forming a brand action plan, marketing activities, and budget; Analyzing competitor brands and determining the current brand's potential; Researching the consumer market, monitoring market trends, and determining market potential; Analyzing the brand's pricing strategy and developing recommendations.

Monitoring and evaluation:

Developing, organizing, monitoring, and evaluating promotions; Monthly analysis and monitoring of the brand; Training prereilers, merchandisers, and consultants of partner companies. Providing them with complete information about the brand.

Requirements and expectations:

Higher education; 3 years of experience in a similar position in the distribution field; Experience in team management and correct delegation of functions. Fluency in foreign languages (English and Russian).
