MEP Engineer

Company "Archi", a leading development company in Georgia, founded in 2006. We have successfully completed 55 projects and currently have 33 ongoing constructions in Georgia.

We are looking for an MEP Engineer to join our team, who will ensure the technical management and control of ongoing works at the construction site.

Location: Batumi (relocation possible)

His main responsibilities will be: - Supervision and control of MEP system (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) installation works; - Control of compliance with project and technical documentation for MEP works; - Monitoring the quality of MEP works and deadlines; - Daily supervision and control of construction works; - Coordination of subcontractors and work groups; - Checking the quality and volume of completed works; - Monitoring the progress of the construction process; - Review of project drawings and technical documentation; - Coordination of works between different construction directions; - Identification of technical issues arising at the site and participation in their solution; - Daily communication with project management, engineers, and subcontractors; - Preparation of necessary technical documentation and reports.

Qualification requirements: - Higher education in electrical engineering or a related field; - At least 3-4 years of experience in the construction industry; - Good knowledge of construction processes and technologies; - Ability to read and analyze project and technical documentation;
