Form #2 Specialist

Construction company LLC "Black Sea Palace" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Form #2 Specialist.

Main responsibilities:

** Research of prices for materials and works to be used;

** Compilation of Form #2;

** Filling out public procurement (tenders), evaluation of cost estimates;

** Communication with the purchaser and client;

** Compilation of the production journal, acts of hidden works;

** Going to the site, taking measurements and correcting cost documentation if necessary.

Qualification requirements:

** Higher education in construction-engineering, finance, business or other relevant field;

** No experience required, on-the-job training possible;

** Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Skills:

** Time management skills;

** Organizational skills, high sense of responsibility;

** Ability to work within predetermined and agreed deadlines;

** Teamwork skills.

Working conditions:

** Location: Tbilisi, Chabukiani #2, near Saakadzis Square;

** Work schedule: Monday-Friday; from 09:00, flexible hours depending on the combined work;

** Remuneration: high and constantly growing.
