Head Accountant

Sea Inside is an international real estate company with offices in Georgia and Thailand. We are looking for a Head Accountant to take charge of the company's accounting and reporting. In addition to overseeing the accounting, this role will involve participating in management accounting and budgeting. As the company grows, we need to see numbers not only in the tax sector but also for decision-making.

What you will do - Work with the bank: statements, translation of transactions into Russian, management of accountable funds. - Maintain records of goods and services, primary documentation. - Calculate bonuses for the team (~40 people) using ready-made formulas. - Prepare tax data and expense reports. - You will set up management accounting, participate in the preparation of Cash Flow Statement and Income Statement, financial forecasts, and plan-fact analysis. - Monitor current flows, accounts receivable and payable, payment calendar, and financial discipline. - Participate in accounting automation: setting up Terms of Reference, development of 1C/Bitrix/Power BI together with IT. - Interact with the owner, department heads, and counterparties.

What we expect from you - At least 3 years of experience in accounting for an individual entrepreneur/business. - Knowledge of Georgian tax legislation. - Experience in maintaining Cash Flow Statement and management accounting. - Fluent Georgian and Russian languages. - Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets. - Attention to detail, systematic approach, calmness.
