Cost Estimator

Company "Rebuild" is a construction company that has been actively operating since 2013.

We are looking for a new team member - Cost Estimator.

Location: Tbilisi, Kote Makharadze N4.

Main functions and responsibilities:

** Preparation of project cost estimates in compliance with construction norms and rules

** Arrangement of project technical documentation

** Verification of material specifications based on project drawings

** Research of prices for materials and works to be used within the project.

** Processing of completed works acts (form #2) and bringing them into the appropriate form;

** Extraction, processing and supply of BOQ (Bill of Quantities) from the project to relevant services.

** Processing of project specifications with the chief engineer to optimize prices.

** Communication with clients, project managers and engineers to determine technical tasks.

** Performance of other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Qualification requirements:

** Experience in a similar position is required;

** Knowledge of office programs (including MS PROJECT) is required;

** Higher education (preferably in economics and/or construction-engineering);

** Knowledge of English is desirable

** Orientation towards work to be performed and details;

** Ability to work on different tasks simultaneously;

** Ability to identify and analyze problems;

** Organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively;
