Job responsibilities:
Service Specialist:
- Registers applicants, entrants and persons wishing to transfer;
- Provides counseling to students on issues ongoing at the university;
- Participates in and/or assists the student self-government in organizing its activities;
- Participates in organizing trainings, seminars and masterclasses for students, professional orientation, career planning and employment issues;
- Promotes the protection of students' rights and interests, assists the student ombudsman elected by the student self-government;
- Conducts periodic research on the employment rates of graduates, facilitates the administration of the university's graduate club activities;
- Within the competence and at the instruction of the service head, performs other powers defined by the present job description and the university's legal acts.
The main qualification requirements are:
