Position: 3PL Warehouse Manager Location: Tbilisi, Ksn street №36 Working hours: Monday-Friday, 09:00-18:00

Job Description:

Managing the warehouse in accordance with the company's standards, ensuring the receipt, storage, issuance and transportation of products and more.

Functions and Responsibilities:

Managing the warehouse in accordance with the company's standards; Managing the WMS program and relevant employees; Managing warehouse operations and relevant employees; Protecting the company's policies and visions based on established procedures; Overseeing basic operations such as product receipt, storage, issuance and maintenance; Controlling and planning inventory; Effective use of warehouse space; Coordinating and implementing optimal operational policies and procedures; Ensuring health, safety and hygiene standards; Effective communication with clients and transport companies; Organizing notes for warehouse employees, assigning and supervising them; Continuous feedback to clients and quality control of services provided; Reporting to clients and company management; Producing documentation archives; Administrative inventory accounting and full responsibility for it.

Qualification Requirements:

Mandatory:

Higher education; English language knowledge (B2 level or higher); Knowledge of office programs.

Personal qualities:

Sense of responsibility; Punctuality; Organization; Teamwork skills; Communication skills.

Desirable:

2-5 years of experience in a similar position; Experience working in the private sector.
