Main functions and responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise work on the construction site;
- Plan, supervise, and manage daily work;
- Request and redistribute material/human resources for the site;
- Prepare orders for auxiliary materials needed for work;
- Submit reports on changes/additions that arise during the work to the project manager;
- Supervise employees/subcontractors on the site and control the quality of work performed by them;
- Submit periodic reports on ongoing work at the site to management;
- Control deadlines for work to be performed;
- Control materials issued from the warehouse;
- Control labor safety rules together with the safety officer.
Professional skills/requirements:
- Knowledge of computer programs, especially MS Excel;
- Knowledge of labor safety rules;
- Ability to read/analyze project and construction drawings;
- Ability to produce construction documentation.
Education: Higher or professional technical education is desirable;
Work experience:
- Experience working in a similar position;
- Experience working in the MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) direction.
