Restaurant Manager

Hotel "GreenWood Hotel&Spa" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Restaurant Manager.

Work schedule: Full-time

Work location: Batumi, Botanical Garden, 1st lane of the Garden, N 3

Function-responsibilities:

** Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, maintaining high-quality service;

** Participate in team formation and ensure daily management in accordance with the company's internal regulations;

** Initiate issues related to sales growth and service improvement;

** Effective communication with other departments of the company;

** Ensure high-quality service;

** Periodic training of subordinate employees;

** Participation in budget planning;

** Monitoring of balances and plan execution.

Required qualifications, knowledge, skills & abilities:

** At least 2 years of experience in a similar position in restaurants;

** Knowledge of office programs;

** Knowledge of HACCP standards;

** Ability to communicate in Russian and English;

** The employee must have a sense of responsibility, ability to work in a team, time management skills, be empathetic, impartial and fair.
