Preparation and control of construction documentation, acts of completed works, and reporting. Ensuring the readiness of the object for intermediate and final acceptance procedures. Submission of periodic reports on the progress of construction projects to management. Compliance with and enforcement of the company's internal regulations, policies, and procedures.
Requirements: Higher education in construction engineering, structures, or related fields. Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Tekla Structures is considered a significant advantage. At least 5 years of experience working in the construction sector. Experience in designing metal structures and preparing detailed drawings. Ability to read and prepare technical drawings and engineering documentation. High sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and teamwork skills.
