Paid Internship - Cyclone Cleaner

Hanivel Cement has been operating in Georgia since 2006 and is a leading brand in the local cement and concrete market. The company owns cement plants in Kaspi and Rustavi, as well as a cement mill in Poti and a cement terminal in Supsa. Hanivel Cement is the only clinker producer in Georgia. The country's first concrete plant was launched in 2009. Currently, Hanivel Cement operates 15 concrete plants.

Hanivel Cement announces a paid internship for a Cyclone Cleaner position at the Kaspi Cement Plant.

Location: Kaspi, Parnavazis Street N2 Schedule: Full-time, shift work, 12-hour shifts, up to 40 hours per week Number: 1 Internship duration: 1 month (with prospects for further employment)

Main responsibilities: - Visual inspection of the preheater (5 cyclones and calciner), verification of pressures and temperatures with the control room - Control and supervision of tire feeding unit in the kiln, ensuring compliance with safety rules - Taking samples for the laboratory - Control of the upper and lower parts of the preheater (quarry), to prevent dust accumulation - Ensuring proper functioning of drive units - Monitoring safe operation of working aggregates and timely notification of damage - Reporting all significant and/or notable events during the shift to the next shift, both verbally and in writing in the journal - Compliance with labor safety rules and regulations in force on the company's work territory

Desirable: - Experience working in production - Experience working with aggregates - Punctuality - Sense of responsibility
