We are looking for a motivated and development-oriented candidate who will share the values of Credo Bank in the team.

Job Description: - Knowledge and protection of retail/credit products policy and procedures, human resources management policy, including incentive scheme, service standards, code of ethics, business conduct, bank's corporate values, information security policies, as well as updates thereto; - Confidentiality of client's personal data, financial and family status; - Ensuring offer and sale of credit and non-credit products and banking services to clients; - Consulting and assisting clients in filling in banking documentation, which does not imply filling in banking documentation on their behalf; - Ensuring obtaining, verifying, recording, timely updating and storing information necessary for client identification; - Opening current accounts for individuals and legal entities and providing services related to account management; - Opening term deposits for clients and providing services related to deposits; - Conducting initial interviews with clients and registering loan applications; - Working on inactive client bases and activating them; - Performing procedures related to loan disbursement; - Performing operations related to loan repayment; - Performing operations related to filling in loan applications; - Offering special package services to clients and registering relevant applications; - Registration and activation of digital products; - Performing non-cash conversions based on client's application; - Attracting clients and actively selling Credo products.

Knowledge, Qualification and Skills: - Desirable knowledge of English and Russian languages; - Knowledge of office programs (MS Word, Excel); - Practical experience of working in banking program CSS; - Well-developed sales and service skills; - Analytical thinking and attention to detail; - Ability to work in a team; - Ability to quickly adapt in a dynamic work environment.
