Trust and Safety Customer Experts are responsible for moderating user-generated content on our client’s platform by reviewing strong graphic images, videos, and/or written content to ensure the content meets the community guidelines and to escalate any content that violates the parameters set. This role is key in providing a positive social experience for all users.

What We’re Looking For - Fluent Russian, both spoken and written - Very good English skills - Good technical understanding - Emotional resilience - Ready for self-studies - Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently - Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays - Experience with social media platforms is a plus, but not required

What You’ll Do - Monitor social media content (videos, comments, hashtags) to identify and remove abusive, violent, or inappropriate material - Ensure a safe user experience across the platform - Maintain and manage transaction data accurately
