Human Resources Management Specialist

The University LLC "BAU International University, Batumi" announces a vacancy for the position of Human Resources Management Specialist.

The job description within the vacancy provides for the following points:

** Organizing informational meetings with academic, invited, and administrative staff (both planned and unplanned).

** Planning and organizing the academic competition in accordance with the relevant deadlines and requirements of the legislation.

** Planning and organizing competitions for invited and administrative staff.

** Periodic review of personnel job descriptions and updating of new staff job descriptions.

** Keeping and periodic monitoring of personnel personal files.

** Signing contracts with new personnel and ensuring the renewal of personnel employment contracts.

** Preparation of statistical data on academic, invited, and administrative personnel.

** Participation in the development and processing of evaluation survey forms for administrative staff;

** Within the competence, execution of instructions and tasks of the head of the service;

** Implementation of other functions that, based on the purpose of the service activity, fall within the competence of the Human Resources Management Service.

The main qualification requirements are:

** Higher education;

** Work experience: experience in a similar position will be considered an advantage;

** Knowledge of English: at least B2 level;

** Knowledge of computer programs: Microsoft Office.

Work rate: Full

Probation period: 6 months
