1. By submitting the requested document/information, the job applicant (hereinafter also referred to as the candidate) confirms that the information provided by them (personal data, resume, diploma(s), certificate(s), and any other documentation provided) is true and accurate and declares their consent to provide additional true and accurate information that may be required during the pre-contractual period;

The candidate undertakes to provide the employer with complete information about any circumstances that may hinder the performance of work or pose a threat to the interests of the employer or third parties. In case of violation of this obligation, the relevant candidacy may be removed from the selection competition, and in the case of cooperation, a written warning may be issued, or the employment contract may be terminated.

3. The employer, based on the candidate's prior consent, declares that it will process the information obtained from the candidate during the pre-contractual period within the company Vian (TIN or its affiliated medical institutions (for the avoidance of doubt, the affiliated medical institutions refer to any profile company and/or its direct or indirect management under the company Vian, hereinafter referred to as the employer).

4. The employer undertakes to process the information obtained from the candidate during the pre-contractual period to the extent and within the limits necessary to achieve the goal of the candidate's employment. The obtained information will be stored with the employer for no more than 3 (three) years, and in the case of any disputed issues that may be related to the candidate or the obtained information, until the relevant dispute is resolved. In the event of disputed circumstances, the employer is entitled to transfer the obtained information to the relevant competent authorities. Additionally, the candidate's data may not be considered for the given vacancy and may be reserved for another relevant vacancy. In the event of employment, the candidate's data will be stored for at least the entire duration of employment.

5. The employer also undertakes to provide the candidate with complete information about the work to be performed, the form of the employment contract (written, oral), duration, working conditions, and the employee's legal status during the pre-contractual period.

6. To implement a high standard of personal data protection and effectively manage/address any issues related to their processing, the person granting this consent is entitled to consult with the employer's Personal Data Protection Officer at any time and receive qualified and operational service within the shortest possible time.
