CLOCKS HOTEL Tbilisi is a 65-room, 4-star hotel located in the historic district of Tbilisi. The hotel has implemented international high standards and practices, including building layout, safety, and management. The hotel is fully adapted for people with disabilities and is distinguished by its unique concept and refined design.

Work location: Tbilisi, Avlabari

Position role and responsibilities: - Knowledge of European and Georgian dishes - Adherence to established calculations during dish preparation; - Rational use of products; - Control of product and dish expiration dates; - Knowledge and adherence to hygienic and sanitary norms; - Inventory control; - Ensuring kitchen inventory at the end of each month; - Procurement and completion of purchase forms; - Adherence to and constant control of HACCP standards; - Preparation of inventory for the next working day.

Basic requirements and skills: - Experience working in a similar position; - Professional education in the field of beverages and nutrition (considered an advantage); - Teamwork skills; - High sense of responsibility. - Organizational skills; - Hard work.
