Financial Manager

"DESIGN MALL" is a design and renovation materials mall in Tbilisi, where you can select renovation materials, furniture, and decor in one space, as well as receive services from professional designers and architects.

We are currently seeking a qualified, responsible, and detail-oriented Financial Manager to join our professional team to effectively implement current and planned activities.

Job location: Tbilisi

Work schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday

Remuneration: To be agreed upon

Main responsibilities:

• Managing the company's financial planning and control processes;
• Planning, monitoring, and controlling budgets for construction projects;
• Preparing financial analysis and relevant recommendations for management;
• Identifying financial risks and preparing relevant proposals for their management;
• Collaborating with auditors and coordinating and controlling audit procedures;
• Preparing the company's consolidated financial statements;
• Managing relationships with banks and coordinating banking issues.

Qualification requirements and skills:

• At least 3 years of experience working in finance;
• Practical experience in financial planning and forecasting;
• Advanced knowledge of Excel;
• In-depth knowledge of financial principles and standards;
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills;
• Ability to work with financial data with high accuracy;
• High sense of responsibility;
• Result-oriented;
• Ability to work independently and make decisions.
