"Chaklova's Translation Bureau" is announcing a vacancy for an Administrator position.

Administrator's main responsibilities:

** Receiving orders from clients;

** Entering order data into the database;

** Forwarding orders to the relevant translator;

** Communicating with couriers and coordinating orders;

** Delivering prepared documents to clients;

** Scanning and photocopying documents when necessary;

** Daily communication with clients;

** Controlling the order process and ensuring timely execution.

Required qualifications:

** Knowledge of English and Russian languages is mandatory

** The candidate must know both English and Russian languages.

In case the candidate does not know one of the languages, they will not be considered for the vacancy.

Knowledge of both languages should be at a level that allows the candidate to:

** Communicate freely and easily with clients;

** Work in a question-and-answer mode;

** Understand legal and documentation-related terms;

** Explain these terms to clients in a simple and understandable way;

** Provide correct information about documents.

Skills:

** Quick and efficient work;

** Fast thinking;

** Attention to detail and focus on details;

** Good communication skills;

** Ability to establish polite and professional relationships with clients;

** Organizational skills and high sense of responsibility;

** Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Remuneration: 1-month internship - paid, 500 GEL.

After successful completion of the internship:

** 2nd and 3rd months: 750 GEL;

** 4th and 5th months: 800 GEL;

** From the 6th month: 1000 GEL + bonus.

Work schedule:

** 10:00-18:00, Monday-Friday

** Saturday and Sunday - days off.
