Express Capital + invites you to join our company in the following position: Collector

Work location: Batumi

Position purpose: Visiting the company's borrowers, collecting current loan payments using a relevant telephone application, and business monitoring. Also, presenting the company's products to potential borrowers in the surrounding area and attracting new borrowers.

Main functions and responsibilities: Collection and loan monitoring: - On-site monitoring of the client's business; - On-site verification of targeted loan expenditures and preparation of relevant reports. - On-site service for borrowers' loan payments; - Attracting new borrowers (promotion) - Secure transportation of cash and material assets (collection); - Monitoring problematic loans and communication with clients;

Performing household duties: - Control of the office's household and material-technical needs; - Performing minor repair/household work (if necessary); - Accounting and maintenance of the company's inventory.

Remuneration: 1000 GEL fixed + Bonus - at the end of the month, a bonus will be accrued based on the volume of funds brought in during the month using the post-terminal. Additionally, an extra bonus for each new borrower attracted. + Car rental

Mandatory requirements: - Driving license - category B and relevant category driving experience - It is possible to combine work with distribution, delivery services, and service providers in parallel.

Working conditions: Schedule: full Monday - Friday 10:00 - 18:00, Saturday 10:00 - 14:00

P.S. In case of successful cooperation and attracting 20 new borrowers, a Credit Officer position with increased remuneration will be offered.
