B2B Manager / Agency Relationship Manager

Construction and development company "Like House" (https://www.likehouse.ge/) is announcing a vacancy for a B2B (Agency Relationship) Manager position in Batumi.

Main responsibilities:

** Finding new sales agents and agencies for real estate sales;

** Establishing long-term relationships with the company's sales agents (partners), regular meetings, events, trainings;

** Regular processing of the company's sales agents/partners database;

** Training partners to work with the company's projects;

** Informing partners about new products - presentations, trainings, consultations;

** Maintaining, updating and monitoring contract terms with existing partners;

** Reflecting the sales process of agencies in the CRM system;

** Participating in the development and implementation of a strategy for attracting partners;

** Performing various tasks to increase sales as directed by the immediate supervisor.

Qualification requirements:

** Perfect knowledge of English and Russian languages;

** Knowledge of office programs (MS Office);

** Experience in sales, especially in real estate, will be considered an advantage.
