Technical Operations Coordinator

Commercial real estate development company "MP Development" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Technical Operations Coordinator.

"MP Development" is one of the fastest-growing companies in the Georgian market. It is currently engaged in the development of shopping malls in the regions of Georgia and in Tbilisi. The company already has 18 facilities in different parts of Georgia and is actively working on the development of new commercial facilities.

Position Purpose

The Technical Operations Coordinator is responsible for the timely and effective management of technical issues identified in shopping centers, coordination of processes, and monitoring of problem-solving until full elimination. The position provides support to the Technical Director in managing daily operational processes and effective communication with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receiving, registering, prioritizing, and organizing appropriate responses to technical requests from shopping centers;
• Coordinating the daily activities of the technical group;
• Distributing technical tasks, constantly monitoring the implementation process, and follow-up until completion;
• Full coordination of the process from problem initiation to final solution;
• Ensuring effective communication with branch managers, technical management specialists, and other interested parties;
• Controlling the status of completed work and providing timely feedback to the request author;
• Participating in planning daily and weekly technical work plans and priorities;
• Communication with contractors in the technical support direction, planning, and coordination of work;
• Monitoring the deadlines and quality of work performed by external contractors;
• Coordinating the process of repair or purchase of necessary technical equipment;
• Close collaboration with the Procurement Department for the timely provision of necessary materials and services;
• Production and reporting of documentation on performed work and technical processes.

Qualification Requirements

• Higher education;
• Experience working in operations, technical support, Facility Management, Maintenance, or a similar field;
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel;
• Experience in planning and coordinating technical processes will be considered an advantage;
• Experience working with ERP or task management systems is desirable.
