Teacher - Various Subjects

School "New Generation" American Program is announcing a vacancy for English-speaking teachers in the following subjects: Natural Sciences, Chess, Information Technology, and Citizenship.

Qualification requirements: The candidate must meet the requirements established by law;

** Higher education in the field or a related field (Master's degree will be considered an advantage)

** A certificate of completion of a teacher preparation educational program (60-credit course or integrated master's program) or a corresponding status (senior, leading, or mentor teacher) established by law is desirable.

** At least 1-2 years of experience as a teacher of the relevant subject in the educational field (experience working in an international school will be considered an advantage);

** For a beginner teacher - experience of successful completion of school practice or internship.

Main responsibilities:

** Teaching the subject in English

** Planning and conducting student-centered lessons

** Assessing, recording, and reporting students' progress according to MAP assessment criteria

** Differentiating teaching to meet the diverse needs of students

** Systematic and constructive collaboration with colleagues, parents, and school administration

** Active participation in professional development and school activities

Required competencies:

** Perfect command of English, ability to conduct lessons in English;

** In-depth knowledge of the subject curriculum, American educational standards;

** Ability to independently develop long-term (annual) and short-term (semester, thematic, lesson) plans and effectively implement them in the teaching process;

** Knowledge and application of modern, interactive, student-centered teaching methods and differentiated approaches;

** Knowledge of various tools for assessing students' academic achievements (formative and summative assessment) and objective use;

** Effective classroom management, creation of a positive, caring, and respectful learning environment;

** Identification of students' individual needs and support for inclusive education principles (in collaboration with a special education teacher);

** Digital literacy: proficiency in school management electronic systems, educational platforms, and office programs

Personal qualities:

** The candidate must demonstrate a kind and empathetic attitude towards adolescents, emotional stability, and tact.

** High professional ethics, responsibility, communicativeness, and team work culture are essential.

** Organizational skills, punctuality, and a constant strive for professional development are desirable.
