Junior Construction Supervisor

"Biographi Living" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Junior Construction Supervisor in Tbilisi.

Main responsibilities:

• Get acquainted with the details of the construction project of the object, standards provided by the immediate supervisor and rules for arranging standard nodes;
• Control construction processes at the facility and perform supervisory duties;
• Monitor the quality and pace of construction work;
• Constantly check the compliance of completed works with the project;
• Control the observance of safety norms at the facility and inform the immediate supervisor about violations;
• Measure the volumes of actually completed works at the facility;
• Require the person responsible for the production of works to comply with construction norms;
• Identify deviations from standards at the facility, changes caused by negligence or force majeure and inform the immediate supervisor;
• Immediately inform the immediate supervisor about violations that may cause changes in construction deadlines and costs;
• Attend tracking works and control the work process;
• During the construction process, identify and register incomplete or poorly performed works, inform the person responsible for the production of works and the immediate supervisor;
• Monitor the correction of defects and pace;
• Preparation of weekly and monthly reports.

Qualification requirements:

• Higher technical education in construction;
• 1-2 years of experience working on a construction site;
• Knowledge of Cad (AutoCad; ArchiCad), MS Office programs is required;
• Ability to read construction drawings (construction, architecture, MEP);
• English language proficiency at B2 level.
